Hi All. Interesting but frustrating situation. Have a CUE-AIM running on a c2811. I am unable to record name/outgoing message when performing initial mailbox settup, as well as calls forwarded hear a prompt, but no message is recorded. I have verified IP connectivity to and from the CUE, and even see debug RTP packets passing from the CME to CUE module. I'm at a loss for what to do next due to lack of experience debugging the CUE.
CME version is 7.1
C2811 version is 12.4(24)T8
CUE is 7.0.6
SIP calls to/from provider are all working fine, so it seems my issue is on the CUE config. I hope it's not something obvious.
Anyone ever seen this proplem? Ideas for how to debug?

Matt,
Can you check that you have "no vad" on your dial peer from the cme to the cue

Hi Alex,
I wish it was that simple. "no vad" is on all voip dial peers. It has been since I first started, but that didnt stop me from checking it ten times!
