cme how to listen to background music on idle ip phone speakers

I have a client whom we have implemented a cisco cme 2821.They have requested us to implement a service where they can listern to an external radio through the phone speakers when not on call on all IP phone from a single source.

They have customized music on hold which is located in flash and it is working ok.

How can we integrated a radio in cisco cme as source of background music on the ip phones and have them play only when the phone is idle and when a new call comes in the music stops and the phone rings normally?

You would need to hire someone to write this application/service for you.

It may be quite complicated and expensive.

So for listening to radio, is better to use a radio.
