Hello. I am currently trying to integrate a CME 7 with Untiy 5. Everything looks to be in order according to the documentation. However when a call forwards to voicemail it is sent to the main Unity greeting not the mailbox greeting. I can see in the Unity Call Viewer application the call is not including the forwarding number in its information.
Has anyone seen this before? And if so what fixed it.

HI Justin,
We are having a similar problem here with CME via CUCM then Unity. The forwarding number is empty so we are getting the opening greeting and not specific subscriber mailbox.
Did you ever resolve your issue?

Have you tried following this link.
You need to set up a new integration with UTIM on unity and build some ephone-dns & ephones on the CME
