CME IP phones issues

Hi everyone, we face an issue with CME.

We have a CME version 12.0 configured on ISR 4321 with IOS XE version 16.6.3, and CP-7821, CP-7861-K9 CP-88416K9 IP phones and CP-78326K9 conference station.

The problem is, interior and exterior calls disconnect after 01:49 min.

Please any suggestions to resolve the situation, we are in critical prodution environment !!

 

This is the configuration below, I just removed some phones "voice register dn & voice register pool" to make the configuration short.

First thing I'd suggest is to take whatever debug you find easiest to interpret, and see which device is ending the call.  If you're using SIP phones then "debug ccsip mess" would be a good start.

I will try "debug ccsip mess".

I wonder what are the possible causes of that ?

And is there any "debug" commands that I should to try ?

 

Take a "debug isdn q931" as well, when you record debugs for an external call failing.

Share the debug output.  Can you also note whether both parties see the call drop, what does it display on the phone and what do they hear?  Is the call actually dropping mid-call, or do they lose audio and then hang up?
