CME Max-conn dial-peer command not giving busy tone

Hi,

I have a customer who is a medical practise using a CME and an incoming script for their main number. The only outstanding issue for them was the fact they only had 10 lines and they were all being used in the morning by incoming calls. They needed to restrict the number of incoming calls as it was important to make outgoing also.

After implementing the MAX-CONN command I was able to limit the calls to 8 on the incoming dial-peer. The issue is that the 9th caller is getting cut off rather than a busy tone, which is what the customer is insisting they want. see out put for call below where the call is coming in and correctly unaccepted, but is there a way to get the busy tone rather than: Cause i = 0x80AF - Resource unavailable, unspecified.

Is there a way to make the box play the engaged tone?
