I am working on a CME lab. I am new to Cisco Voip and am having a few issues. My lab phone is saying TFTP file not found. I have network connectivity through it and can ping my router. I have verified that the file was placed into flash after untaring it. Am I missing a part of the config?
Thanks
Eric

I have them in the 7940-7960 directory still, I do not have them in the general partition of the flash. Should they be, or will they be found if I specifically specify that they are in the 7940-7960 folder?
I found that problem to be the phone. I reset it to factory default and it will not talk to the system. I grabbed one that was pre-configured and changed it to DHCP and it sync'd up with the system within a couple of minutes.
Thanks
Eric
