I am creating a network in which I have 5 routers one for each site conntected via a core switch. I am running bgp and have all the necessary routes in the routing tables. I also have one Call Manager Express router connected to this said "core switch", I would like to ask how I would configure the CME router to enable voip throughout the network when each of the IP phones are in different subnets. I plan on using DHCP through a server not on the router. I have attached a screenshot of the network. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

You can learn yourself how to configure CME:

Alternatively, you can engage a reputable consultant or UC certified Cisco Partner. That will save you much time and frustration.
