Hi Joe,
Looking at the CME / IOS compatibility matrix, I see that 15.1(4)M4 is CME 8.6:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/requirements/guide/33matrix.htm
Please refer to the following link which talks about the supported IP Phones for that version:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/requirements/guide/cme86spc.htm.html
As for CIUS, it was initially on the roadmap for CME 9.1 onwards but since the CIUS feature was deprioritized, it will not be supported. Internal Defect ID: CSCua70084 (you wont be able to view it since it's internal).
HTH.

Hi Harmit

After downloading version 15.2(4)M on 2921 do we need to download separately the firmware for sccp or sip for needed IP Phone model. Roaming users with Iphone, BlackBerry can they register to CME and do cisco got phone apps for such scenario

Hi Joe,
You can use Cisco IP Communicator for mobile users. Yes, you would use seperate firmware for SCCP and SIP and would need to upload the files to the flash of the CME. As for blackberry, AFAIK, RIM-CME solution is currently available as a managed service solution only by selected Service Providers.
HTH. Please rate if helpful.

Harmit.
