Currently have a request that we are trying to be as creative as possible on, but we are not quite sure of an effective solution. We have a case where we have a vision impaired user that uses the login/logout feature key to login and out of BACD. With the old Avaya system, she was able to recieve an audible alert when she logged in and out of the queue so she knew what state she was in currently and if she would be available to take calls. Do we have a similiar option that would allow for this?

Hi Matthew.
With HLOG in PLK feature in line button,
agent should be able to see if he/she is logged in or out watching if the light, of the line button where the hlog feature is associated, is lighted up or not.

Carlo,
You are correct and we have this configured and working. Problem is, that this does not help when the user is totally vision impared. As such, they cannot see the amber notification.

Sorry Matthew,
I totally missed this "detail" reading your post .
So an alternative could be "dynamic hunt groups" so that she has to dial a string to login and another one to logout the group.
Could this be a suitable solution?
