Hey All,
my problem:
i'm using CME , the phone is take call , but if is not answer the call will still ring until you pickup the phone and close.
how i can solved this problem..

Hey Tagir ,
Yes it's FXO port.
I make connection plar under the port.
and I don't need to transfer the call to another phone I want to disconnect the call if the agent not answer.

Hi ahmadmkefaya,
You need to configure call forwarding to another number when no answer is received from a Cisco Unified IP phone.You can set the maximum time out so that after a specific time (in secs) if call is not answered it will be transferred to another number
