I have a distortion some time during the call on a Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, what migt the reason be , is it a FXO problem ?
The configuration on the customer site is fine

Would you please elaborate further on the problem you reporting? By distortion, are you implying distortion to the voice stream or voice quality problems?
