B-ACD Default Selection.

Hi,

I'm using B-ACD with 3 hunt groups and it works great.

However the client wants the AA to automatically drop through the the last hunt-group (option3) if no user input is detected.

i.e "Please press 3 or continue to hold for all other enquiries..."

Is this possible using B-ACD or can anyone suggest a work around?

You may try customizing your CUE script to send call to ephone-hunt pilot# of the intended hunt group. This is same as dialing the huntgroup pilot# from a phone. This option will completely bypass the TCL app.

Other option would be to configure individual BACD AA application for each menu choices and using the drop through option. The AA script will be invoked on a VoIP dialpeer. Difference here is that queue tcl script will handle call queuing based on configured parameters.
