CMR support with CUCM 11.5 SU5 + Jabber 12.1

All,

Any ideas on why we can't get CMR data on any calls in our system?

 

Call flow is PSTN -> CUBE -> CUCM -> Cisco Jabber 12.1

 

CMR is enabled as per Cisco best practice, but every single call has no CMR detail.. I've seen this before but had never go to the bottom of it.

Think I have may have the answer around endpoints that support K-Factor data:

No mention of Cisco Jabber..
