We have used this one in the near past. Works pretty well. The fit on the cisco handset is OK. Not perfect but it works.
No complaints on comfort. Honestly though we have had a few users which we purchased the shoulder rest for and eventually moved them to using a plantronics head set. The head set is MUCH more expensive but also much more effecient and comfortable.
Also this shoulder rest does block the MWI light a bit.
