how do I know about how many concurent call I can run on an MPLS circut of 1.5 MB
what are the criteria to know the number of concurent calls

Basically the codec will be the main thing here, you can use the BW calculator from CCO to do the math

but still how do I determine for a site of 6 users with a connection of 1.5 mb MPLS connection.
how many concurent call I can have at this location ?

Just do the math, once you know how much BW you'll need per call X number of calls = BW
Or in your case, assuming you want to use the whole BW on your MPLS,
1.5/BW per call = calls
