Hello all,

I just configured the UC on UCS for CUCM 8.5. Initially, I was able to make conference calls between three (or more) phones.

For some reason I cant explain, I can no longer make conference calls.

Please I need to rectify this asap.

I will appreciate responses.

Regards,

Peter.

Hi

1) restart the CUCM to see if it helps.

Question to ask

1) Is the DP of Phones and Conference resources same.

2) Are you using any region configuration like WAN will have G729 and Local G711.

Hello

1) I have created a new device pool, partition and CSS, but when I use the default partition, the conference works fine.

2) The system is not yet in production, but once this is corrected, it will be in production.

3) I am using Ad hoc.

4) when I call the first participant, I press the 'more' button and then press "confr" button to call the 2nd participant. After this, I press the confr button to initiate the conference call, but it makes some continuous bip sounds,
