Conference Call Fails

Hi,

I am having trouble getting Conference Calls to work. I call a phone and after the call is active, press the Confrn button, dial the second line and call is active but as soon as I press Confrn again to bring them all together the two phones called drop with a "call failed" with fast busy. The original calling phone looks like it is connecting to the conference as it stays active with "To Conference" on the screen as the called party. Looks like a have a permissions issue somewhere with a partion or something but I cannot find anything.

looks like you're using G729 and a SW CFB, SW CFB can only handle G711.

check the codecs involved

I'm having a similar problem at the moment. Same symptoms, all problem phones are in the same region - G711. Any ideas?

Is the CFB registred to the CUCM and is the CFB availiable in the wright MRG / MRGL applied to the devices ?
