Hi, We have a problem with conference call Lists. This error returned is 'Unknown Error' so we can't see who is attending the conference. This is a known problem by Cisco but I can't see any fixes. Can Anyone provide a solution.

Hi Dominic,
Are you using Locales in CallManager?
Ensure the locale installer is installed on every server in the cluster (install on the Publisher server before the Subscriber servers).

Hi Steve, Not yet, I have had a chance to check out the locales as suggested in the previous message but I believe these are all working ok. If I hear of something I'll let you know

I have now resolved the problem by upgrading the Locales to the latest version for my callmanager s/w (li-ffr.4-1-3-sr3a-ENG.exe). Make sure you do all the servers in the cluster. You can check your versions in CCM admin>help>component versions.

I have the same problem with CUCM 8.5.1.10000-26, with last version installed cm-locales-es_COO-8.5.1.2100-1.cop.sgn
I have made the following Troubleshoothing:
It was configurad in Enterprise parameters as the default locale
Reset ip phone (7962, 7965, 7925, IP Communicator 8)
Restart one Subscriber
I have not succeeded yet, someone could help me?
