configuration for pstn-to-voip gateway

i just want to create a simple configuration:

- single PRI/T1 port

- full 23 voice channels required

- protocol: SIP

- codec: G.711 only

- route pstn calls between Asterisk server and T1

pls advise which models, which T1 interface card, how many PVDMs, which DSP modules are required. we need the most basic model to meet our needs.

Hi,

You can go for Sangoma or Digium cards, both are good and has echo cancellation cards. Also you can use Openvox which is cheper. All the cards are compatible with Asterisk.
