Hi,
I have not configured a 200 but have done a few 300 gateways so hopefully the process I used for these should work for you.
To set the initial configuration you need to connect using a serial cable and Hyperterm or similar. There should be a serial null-modem cable in the box
Configure a compatible Terminal application for COM1 with the following parameters:
Port Number: COM1
Baud Rate: 19200
Data Bits: 8
Parity: None
Stop Bits: 1
Flow control: None
When you log in the default username and password should be administrator and quescom
When you log in type the command below to start the setup wizard.
GWconfig /autosetup
This should take you through the initial setup including changing the default IP address and password.
