Configure a Speed Dial button to go right to Voice Directory Handler?

I'm running CUCM 6.1.2 and Unity Connection 2.1. Is it possible to configure a speed dial button so that the caller will go directly to the System Directory Handler rather than calling Unity Connection and then pressing 4?

Im noy a Unity guy, but If I remember correctly, you can create a CallHandler, configure greeting as blank, after greeting action send to Directory handler.

In CUCM side configure a CTI RP CFAll TO VM.

In Unity, assign the extension of CTI RP to this CH.
