We are doing field trials with Verizon for SIP Trunking; how can we configure Call waiting feature on Cisco phones so that simultaneously 2 calls can come in on same line

What system are your IP phones connected to?
If CUCM this is on by default as it is controlled by the busy-trigger setting on the DN.
If CME then you need to ensure the ephone-dn is configured as dual or octo line.
