Configuring "Route Group" PRI devices are not available

Hi,

I have two callmanager 5.0 (linux) and two gateways 2821, one of them have 8 BRI and the other one have 3 PRI. I'm trying to create route groups but in the window of available devices just are the BRI's, for that, I just can create route group with BRI.

The PRI interfaces are registered with CallManager and running.

I don't know why the PRI's are not available for creating a route group.

Thanks a lot.

Best regards.

Hi,

Not sure if this helps, but I had a similar problem where the PRI's would not show up in route group selection if they were already assigned as the target in a route pattern. Once I removed them from the route patterns they became available to add to route groups.

Hope that helps.

Are your PRI already assigned to some other RPs.

If so, then instead of directly assigning PRIs to RPs, create route groups and RLs. Then you should be able to assign that RL with multiple route patterns.
