Dear Team,
We have one site, where users facing issue while making confrence with external number and while transfer to external number.
Kindly suggest
CUCM Setup details-
1-CUCM 9 with Distributed Call Processing.
2-Gateway -Cisco Router 2851
3-MRGL- IOS based DSP, no software resorces allocated.

Check from start:
The Device pool for users having issues have the MRGL's assigned with the required resources.
Run the command sh sccp on the gateway in question and verify sccp is up and conferencing/xcoder are active.
Verify the resources are registered in the Call Manager.

Thanks for your quick reposne.
1-I have Check the Device pool and found correct MRGL is assigned with at Device pool level and CIPC and Hardphone
2-Checked the gateway and found confrence and xcoder state is active.
3-Resources are registered with Call Manager as well like confrence bridge shwoing registered with Call Manager.
But still users experiancing issue.

What is the issue you are seeing, can you explain the call flow and the problem (fast busy, drop)?

Hi Terry,
When users trying to make confrence call with external users, call getting dorp and same problem coming with external transfer also.
But its is working fine with internal confrence and transfer.
Call Flow-- We have E1 controller for external outgoing calls.

Can you make a test call and attempt a transfer and capture the output of:
debug voip ccapi inout
And also attach the config from your gateway.
Lets see if we get somewhere with the above otherwise we may need to look at Call Manager Traces.
