We have a team who wants to manage their voicemails via an e-mail interface and so I tested out connecting to their voicemailbox using Outlook. This will work well for them but I don't want the voicemails to be left on the phone system. We will need the only copy of the voicemail to go to the mailbox.
I know where to change this when your forwarding a voicemail to a e-mail address but I'm not sure how to configure this when attaching to the voicemailbox itself. Thanks for any thoughts on this!
