Connection Database Proxy Service Not Coming up

Hi,

Facing a critical issue with Cisco Unity Connection.

Problem Description ::

Getting alerts for : Connection Database Proxy -- after checking -- the service was activated -- but stopped -- restarted the service -- checked CLI -- it had come up -- but with in few minutes it went down -- and that has continued

Troubleshooting done :

The timer was changed in Advanced Settings for Connection Database Proxy to -- 999 days ( max. value) -- but the alerts dont cease to come up.

Would appreciate if someone can help , as it is ruining the American Independence Day Holiday  to the core
