Connection time out on Cisco Jabber 9.0 for android 4.0

Hi voice team, i configured a cisco jabber version 9.0 on the CUCM 8.1.(2a) for android version 4.0, but when i configured the android phone i put the ID Device and IP of the CUCM but the message Conection time out appears. I have full access on the cucm from my android phone.
