I am searching an interpretation for the values of consealed seconds (CS) and severely concealed seconds (SCS). I only find the definition for both. `Concealed seconds represents the time during which some concealment is observed during a call´. But what does a value of 0 or 0,15 or 15 in a CMR represents. Could anybody help?
