Have any of you seen the Contrast button disabled on 7945/65 model phones? We are deploying and just noticed the contrast option is greyed out under user preferences and I am not sure why or how to fix this?

Hi Geoff,
This makes sense as the Contrast setting is related to the "grey-scale" or Black/White pixels. For color models like the 7945/7965 you use the "Brightness" setting to adjust the screen. If you have an Add-on module like a 7914 attached to a 7965 then the Contrast setting is enabled to adjust the Module screen clarity.
