Convert 8800 Enterprise to 3PCC

I have some phones that were originally 3PCC and have been converted to Enterprise, they work fine as Enterprise phones.  I am wondering if I need to purchase a license to convert them back to 3PCC or since they were originally 3PCC phones can they be converted back somehow without having to purchase the license?

The SKU to convert an 88xx, from Enterprise, to 3PCC/MPP is L-CP-E2M-88XX-CNV.

You need  license to convert them back to 3PCC. Kindly refer the reply of @Leo Laohoo
