Converting from Unity 5x Voicemail Only to Unified

Are you familiar with any Cisco programs where a customer can convert existing Unity Voicemail 5.0(1) licenses to Unity Unified Messaging (with Exchange) 5.0(1) licenses at no extra cost? Do I just email licensing@cisco.com?

A customer has about 1800 users as Voicemail Only and wants to move to Unified Messaging.

I would recommend to get new licenses.

It may not create any issue in working with old licenses but moving to different design so its always better to get new licenses.

Also, if you already have licenses for voicemail only solution then it should not cost anything extra.
