I provide support for an office environment which has 3 Cisco 8851 phones with sidecars that seem to constantly require updating. This is a very manual process, as each time an employee changes his or her phone extension, or there is employee turnover, all three phones require the names be manually alphabetized. I thought I would be able to use a Phone Button Template from one phone and apply it to the other two phones, but it does not copy the speed dial settings. Is there a way to make this less of a manual process for the person updating the sidecar listings?

I'd suggest you create a test phone and try it before doing this with the production phones

You can use BAT to export all the configuration and import it to apply to the other phones.

How would I go about doing that for the one 8851 phone and applying it to the other two 8851 phones without applying it to any other phones?

That video was fantastic. Thank you so much for your assistance. Everything I wanted! Took a 60 minute process to a 5 minute process. I really appreciate it.
