I would like to link my corporate directory to my cisco phones. Can someone please help me by giving me the steps that I need and who in my organization that I should liaise with (i.e., Exchange person or AD person). Thanks!

Here is some good reading for integrating CCM and AD in your organization;
Because the majority of known Cisco Unified CallManager integrations are performed with Microsoft Active Directory (AD), this chapter focuses on best practices for AD. However, most recommendations and best practices mentioned in this section also apply to the other directory product supported by Cisco Unified CallManager, the Sun/iPlanet Netscape Directory Server.
From this excellent SRND doc;
This chapter covers the main design principles for integrating a Cisco IP Communications system based on Cisco Unified CallManager 4.x with a corporate LDAP directory.
