Corporate Directory option suddenly disappears from IP phone menu!

Hi All

I'm faced with a rather unique problem of the corperate directory option dissapearing from some IP phone menu.

Although a reset of the phone fixes this but it still happens again.

Has anyone had this problem before?

How can I fix this?

We run CUCM 7.1.5

Same version for Unity Connection.

Phones are 7970,794X.

Hello Team,

                 I have the same issue with a customer who has the CUCM version : 7.1.5.31900-3. They told me suddenly are experiencing this behavior , but it working when they restart the phone. I couldn't see any post about it , at least, on the net. Could you help me?
