I have a CUCM 8.6.2 installed and I created the end users to generate the Corporate Directory, now I´m trying to provide XML directory for Third Party IP phones but when I put the directory service's URL in the phones they show me an error. Then I tried to access this URL using a web browser which shows the following error.
XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
Location: http://X.X.X.X:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp
Line Number 7, Column 1:<?xml version="1.0"?>

I was looking into this issue and I have found out that this is because the XML is created with a blank line which shouldn't be there.
Is there any configuration that i can to do for fixing this issue?
