CounterPath Bria iPhone with CME (multiple extensions?)

I'm using CounterPath Bria iPhone 3.0.1 with my CME 8.6 and it works fine. However, it seems that only one DN is supported. When calling the second extension (4000) the iPhone doesn't ring. Has anyone got this working?

Did you register also the second line on softphone as another account?
