I have Cisco CP 3905 phone in our office. I just want to know that it support 3pcc Firmware or not ?Please confirm. 

I want to register this phone with another vendor IPPBX .Is it possible or not ?

Thanks for the confirmation .I just want to know that how can i register this phone with asterisk or Neox IPPBX.Is there any way to do the same.

It is possible, but you need to create your own custom configuration file for the phone and get it uploaded to the phone. This has been asked and answered many before. Advice you to use the search function in the community.
