CP 521s PC port not working

Hi all,

I got CP 521s phones and the PC port isn't working. I use a UC520 (UC500-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(20)T).

I currently have the cp524g-08-01-07.bin that's being loaded. I read somewhere I had to upgrade that file, which I did (to cp524g-8-1-17.bin) with no success.

Does someone know what could be wrong?

Sounds like you might have a bad ethernet port on your Cisco 524G
