CP 6871 (3PCC) TLS Unkown CA

Hi,

We are trying to establish TLS between a Cisco 6871 multiplatform phone and our sip server. The server uses a custom certificate derived from a custom CA.

Even though this custom CA is already loaded to the phone via the Custom CA Rule, we get an Unkown CA error when connecting (phone sends that error).

Anything else we need to do?

Hi there, its difficult to know exactly whats happening without looking at logs. 
The server also needs to trust the phone, please make sure you have all the CA from Cisco loaded into your server. You can find a bundle here: https://software.cisco.com/software/cda/home

Thanks for your reply. This issue is resolved - reloading the custom CA fixed it.
