CP-7841 don't notify for missed calls

Hello everyone,

I'm having a problem with one of my Cisco ip phones CP-7841, suddenly it won't show the missed call notification it's running with the 78xx.11-5-1SR1-1 version and Cisco 4300 router with call manager.

I have noticed that when i browse to the phone ip address of the phone with this problem the service mode is set to Enterprise, but the other ip phones their service mode is set to on-premises, i didn't find the difference between these two modes and i don't know if this is causing the problem,  any suggestions?
