There are 70 working 7925 phones, however we are installing 100 + new 7925 phones and 90 % of the phones are failing to register.
Call manager 9.1.2
The phones are grabbing the correct ip address, subnet, gateway and tftp address. They are identical to a good working phone.
The App Load ID on the new phones is "CP7925G-MFG-F.2.LOADS" , once a phone registers the App id shows
"CP7925G-1.4.3SR1.2.LOADS".
Messages that are on a failing phone are below.

The phones that are failing are using the same tftp server that the good phones are using, however there is not any call managers listed under "Settings - Device information - Call manager".
I'm not seeing a common denominator with the failinig phones and the working phones.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
