cp-7962 registration issue

I have a problem with cp-7962 sccp registration on a CME version 11.2 running on a Cisco 2901

I have the following configuration

 create cnf-files

The  loads the image, and starts the configuration process, but it still reboot and start over the process

I have just reset the ip-phone to factory default (press # then plug network cable then press 1234567890*#)

On the CUCME there are already 2 cp-7962 registered and active

Could you please help me?
