Hunt List

We have 3 phones in a line group - Test-LG:

10001
10002
10003

The line group settings are as follows:
Distribution Algorithm - Circular
Hunt Options (all) - Try next member; then, try next group in Hunt List

Our Hunt List - Test-HL only member is Test-LG

Our Hunt Pilot - 10001 which points to Test-HL

When a call is made to 10001 and nobody answers, the call is then sent to 10002.  If nobody answers on 10002, the call is sent to 10003.  If nobody answers on 10003, the caller gets a fast busy.  What are we missing here to make the call start all over again with 10001?

You would need to add another line group with those same members so they ring again, this will not ring indefinitely through the members of the line group, it will only go through all the members once.

Hi there,

You can set up a second Line Group that contains the exact same DN's/Members and link this second Group in the Hunt List. If you require a third pass through the group then just repeat the configuration :)

Keep the rule on the first Line Group to, Try next Member;then try next Group in Hunt List.

This will then cycle through the 10001,10002,10003 a second time  :)

Cheers!

Rob

**EDIT: +5 to my buddy Java for his correct answer & for beating me to the punch here!
