Hi, I need some help with automatsation of calling proccess for my company, our call center use CP-8865-K9 and for better client perfomence bisuness analitic say me to set-up collection of statistics on the length, quality (essentially recording) of the conversation and their quantity per hour / day / week / month, at first I try to create some site tracking, but there are a lot of site, and tracking is set-up for one site(like this one page landing) - one account and it does not work exactly. I find that this phone have updates https://community.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony-and-phones/update-8865-firmware-to-use-3pcc/td-p/2866725 so maybe they got some API or interface?
