Hi everyone,
has anyone got an idea on how to put a background image on the CP-8800 series phones. The first image pixel size I used was 800x480x24 and 559x265x24. None work for me. The rest of the 7900 series are taking the image but not the 8800 series. I have call manager v9. Any help will be highly appreciated.

This is something that has been asked PLENTY of times before, a simple search on CSC would have provided you all the information, also, the phone administration guide has the info

Hi Sulayman,
As per the admin guide for 88XX phones:
"
The PNG files for background images must meet the following requirements for proper display on the Cisco IP Phone:
Full size image - 800 pixels (width) X 480 pixels (height).
Thumbnail image - 159 pixels (width) X 109 pixels (height) "
Did you upload the image in both the sizes and updated the name in List.xml file as per the below document
