Hello,

I configured recording with BIB function on my phone.
It is a third-party recording server and a recording method by application.

The result of analyzing the received voice packets to the recording server.
A voice RTP packet arrives on the recording server after 9 seconds.
Not all RTPs are. One thing happens somehow.

question
Does the BIB attribute send the delayed RTP to the recording server?
Or is there a possibility of RTP delay in BIB?

Hello,

The BIB is not delaying the RTP. The issue is likely to be in your network or the recording server. 

1. Collect Call Manager traces and check the call signaling to see if there are any delays in establishing the call leg with the recording server.

2. If the call signaling is ok, collect simultaneous packet capures from the phone and the recording server and analyze it to determine where the RTP delay is occurring.
