Hi, recently I changed my phone internet provider and my CP6851 doesnt work. So I made a factory reset, but I cant log neither as user nor as admin . Please How can I get admin password?

Hi,

Did you install the 3PCC firmware on that phone?

The default password is blank

Hi,

yes I think so, its profile was something like Vodafone...3PCC... but I did a factory reset.

So I tried with and without new password but after login web page is indefinite wait of connection.
