We need to get a report that shows CPU, disk and memory patterns of our IPT servers, for a select Operating System type, and on a particular date.
Can we push the Netcool ITM OS agent onto the Cisco servers? If not, can we SNMP poll the servers for agent less monitoring.(which requires to know the community string , need hostnames and IPs)
We do understand that installing any application in Cisco servers are not allowed by default but can we achieve this by involving Cisco TAC ?
Also please suggest where and what needs to be done to enable SNMP polling to get the details.
For reference – We have attached some sample Utilization reports which are generated from ITM OS Agent Tool.
Any suggestions here are Highly appreciated !

Hi,
you can't install a tool on the servers even with TAC.
you can enable SNMP strings. you can add the SNMP from OS administration page of the callmanager
