Tandberg and Network Configuration to do External Video conferencing

Hi Guys

Could you please help me on this. How we could enable external video conferenceing to our system. I am using Tandberg System. I am assuiming that there is a configuration need to add in tandberg and Some modificatio need to be done in network.

If anyone knows please share your experiance here. It would be highly benificial for me.
