Hello,
Customer is having an issue with two specific extension numbers having crosstalk, one extension hears the conversation of the other one without transfer, join, confer anything, it just happens.
CME version is 15.1(4)M
Do you have any idea why is this happening?
Thank you.

Karla,
Does the issue happen for internal calls? External calls? Or both?
Is the issue affecting SCCP or SIP Phones?
15.1(4)M5 is not a release I would stay with... Can you try the latest M release, 15.1(4)M7?
HTH

This article
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/ios/15_1/release/notes/151-4MCAVS.html#wp57570 indicates problem with cross talk,
Symptoms: Crosstalk may be heard by PSTN callers when a call is placed on hold and Music on Hold (MMOH) is enabled.
Conditions: CUCM is configured to do Multicast MoH.
Workaround:
(1) Disable H.323 Multicast MoH functionality in IOS or use SIP Multicast MoH. (2) Use Unicast MoH
My workoround was disable the Multicast MoH functionality, and now everything its working ok.

Hi Karla,
There is no concept of Crosstalk on VoIP calls.
Are these Phones Analog ?
If it is a Call it would be great if you attach the output of following commands whichever is relevant to the IP Phones:
debug ccsip messages
debug voip ccapi inout
